How do I sync my workouts to Apple Health?

Ridge automatically syncs completed workouts to Apple Health if you grant permission during onboarding. You can manage this in Settings > Health on your iPhone.

What's the difference between Free and Premium?

The free version includes full workout tracking, PR detection, rest timer, and Apple Health sync. Premium adds AI Coach feedback after workouts and personalized progression suggestions.

How does the AI Coach work?

After you finish a workout and rate how it felt, the AI Coach analyzes your performance and provides personalized feedback. It considers your exercises, sets completed, PRs achieved, and even your sleep if you've connected Apple Health.

What is a Founding Member?

Founding Members are early adopters who purchased lifetime access at a special introductory price. This is a limited offer that includes all current and future premium features forever.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through the App Store. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone to view and cancel your Ridge subscription.

Is my workout data backed up?

If you sign in with Apple, your workout data is backed up to your personal iCloud account. Without signing in, your data is stored only on your device.

How do I delete a workout?

In the workout history, swipe left on any workout to delete it. You can also long-press on recent workouts from the home screen to access the delete option.

What exercises are included?

Ridge includes 150+ exercises covering all major muscle groups: chest, back, shoulders, legs, arms, and core. Each exercise includes proper form instructions.
